Where To Find Coupons

So you want to know where to find coupons at:

  • Sunday Papers
    • Coupon Inserts (SmartSource, RedPlum, and Proctor & Gamble)
    • Newspaper Subscription
    • The general rule of thumb is to buy each member of your household their own newspaper. Buy in even amounts so you'll have coupons when items are BOGO. 
    • It's great to have multiple coupons so when something is available for FREE you can get 2-4 versus just one. (This is how you start your stockpile)
    • Some friends and family may be willing to give you their coupons from the paper if they aren't using them. 
  • Printable Coupons
    •  These are manufacter/store coupons you print off at home. There is a limit per computer so you can try hitting the back button and some sites will let you print twice. You can print from different computers to get multiple coupons. 
    • Most name brand websites also offer printable coupons when you go to their sites.
    • Change your printer preferences to a quick print instead of fine print in settings and to only use black ink to save some money.
  • eCoupons (participating stores vary by region)
    • These are coupons that are loaded directly onto your store loyalty card.  
    • Grocery stores nowadays have eCoupons that are manufacture coupons that will be used at check out.
      • Participating stores vary by locations so check with your local store. Locally Publix & Winn-Dixie have eCoupons.

    • Winn-Dixie (my favorite)
      • They have a great loyalty program! When you sign up for their rewards card you can earn fuel perks and get the in store savings.

        • Fuel Perks: Earn $0.05 per gallon on gas for every $50 you spend on groceries as well as bonus fuel perks
      • Sign up for their baby club here
        • You'll receive coupons throughout the year for baby items including some FREE items. The first set of coupons were:
          • FREE Kuddles baby wipes
          • FREE Kuddles bagged diapers
          • $10 off a $50 purchase
        • Fuel Perks: $0.10 off per gallon for every $25 of baby products you buy
        • A $10 Winn-Dixie giftcard with baby's first prescription at WD's pharmacy
        • FREE flavoring with any child medication
    • Publix 
      • Store Coupons
        • Publix is always releasing ads with store coupons. You can use these store coupon inserts to stack with a manufacture coupon to get the lowest cost. Some inserts will come in the newspaper/weekly ad. You can also find all the valid inserts at the stand right by the door when you walk in.
      • Printable Coupons
        • You can find printable manufacture coupons here on their website to save even more money.
      • eCoupons
        • You have to have a different sign in then your MyPublix account. You enter your phone number at the cash register to redeem your eCoupons.
      • Clubs & Programs
        • Publix has so many different clubs & programs that help you save money and send you coupons.
        • Publix Baby Club
          • Pregnancy - two years of age
          • They send you valuable coupons including FREE items throughout the year as well as a FREE book "Caring for your baby and young child" $20 value
        • Publix Preschool Pals
          • Two years old & up
          • Free activity book as well as surprises throughout the year
        • Publix Paws
          • Pet program
          • Valuable coupons sent to you each month
        • At Season's Peak
          • You can sign up for alerts so you know exactly when produce is at it's peak.
        • Publix's FamilyStyle Magazine 
          • It's a free magazine that gets delivered 6 times a year that's full of family recipes, activities, and coupons.
        • Upromise
          • Must have keytag (available at the cash register)
          • Earn cash back on select items to help pay college funds
  • All You Magazine
    •  Available at Walmart and other stores
    • Over $100 of coupons per issue
    • Tips/Articles on how to save money
    • Recipes & more
  • Blinkies
    • The machines at grocery stores that blink and print out coupons. Locally I've seen them at Publix & Dollar General.
  • Peelies
    • Found on the product itself. Peel off the coupon and hand it to the cash register for instant savings.
  • Catalina 
    •  The extra strip of paper you get at check out at the grocery stores. These can be very valuable. Some are for items while sometimes you can get an X amount off of a total purchase.
  • Facebook 
    • "Like" your favorite brands on facebook and they'll reward you sometimes with coupons.
