We are so happy to finally have our baby boy here with us. A lot has been going on the past few weeks so here's the low down!

  • We moved back to Gastonia, North Carolina!
  • Jordan is now working at Charlotte Douglas Airport for ASIG refueling planes.
  • Hunter is 9 weeks today!
  • I'm able to still be a stay at home mom & wife!
  • We are finally getting the hang of being parents & then colic hit us!
  • More blogs will be posted I PROMISE!
  • I'm more addicted to couponing if that's even possible.
  • I'm teaching a coupon class this upcoming Monday! Who knew back in June I would be teaching other people?

Missing In Action.... Again

What has life not thrown at us the past few weeks?
With all things pregnancy, travel, and life I have had barely time to think.
Here's what's been going on!

  • I'm currently 34 weeks & 4 days pregnant with our little boy.
    • He's measuring the size of a large cantaloupe (19 to 22 inches & 5.5 pounds).
    • I've hardly gained anything since week 26 so Hunter keeps growing but I'm running out of room.
    • Stretch marks have made their appearances and they aren't as bad as I thought.
    • Contractions have been happening the past few nights and boy they aren't nothing compared to the ones I've had before.
    • I've officially started waddling and now limping since I injured my hip when I fell in the tub the other day.
    • We've had the baby shower in Florida as well as one we traveled to in North Carolina.
  •  Saving Money!!
    • I'm obsessed with coupons!
    • I saved my family $448.50 the month of July! The total amount of how much everything would of cost if I paid retail would of been $763.95 but I only paid $329.97 for a savings of 58.71%
    • I will be saving even more this month because July was officially my first full month of couponing so I don't think that's too bad considering that's groceries, health care, and beauty necessities.
    • Florida doesn't double coupons...
    • I went on a coupon trip with my aunt while I was in North Carolina where they double coupons. I was able to get my grandpa his favorite yogurt for $0.24ea, laundry detergent for  $1.47ea, and Tyson ready grilled steak tips for $0.25ea down from $3.49.
  •  Life!!
    • Preparing for our baby boy!
    • Missing North Carolina!
    • Looking for a better job for Jordan!
    • Taking life one day at a time.

Until Next Time
XOXO
